Before Property Management Help — before Goodjuju — Landon Murie ran his own property management company. Starting from zero, with no book of business, he grew it from 0 to 172 doors in just over a year as a hands-on landlord and manager.

That firsthand experience is the whole reason PMH exists. Landon learned what every operator eventually learns: most landlord and property-management advice is written by people who have never actually screened a tenant, chased a late rent payment, or sat across from a frustrated owner. He built Property Management Help to close that gap — practical, accurate, no-nonsense guidance from someone who has done the work.

Over the past 8 years he has helped more than 500 property management companies grow, and his perspective on marketing, operations, and the realities of running a property business has been published in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company.
